1.I haven't received my confirmation email or Tracking Code, where is it?

Occasionally, emails sent to our customers may go to their Spam or Promotions folder. After you place your order, please be sure to monitor your Spam and Promotions folder for updates. 3.How do i set up a return/exchange

We want you to love your new bag. If you need to return it, reach out to us at support@vakin.shop and we’ll send you a free label you can use to send it back.

4.How long does it usually take to receive my order?

Your order should ship out within 2-3 business days of being placed. Then, depending on where you’re located, it generally takes 5-15 business days to reach you.

5.How much does shipping cost?

All orders have a shipping fee of $4.99 in US, the rest of world cost 7.99$!
